Mr. Vijay Kumar Jatia has been a Director of several prestigious companies since 1994. He has over 40 years of extensive experience in business and industry. Mr. Jatia served as a committee member of the Mill Owners Association, various committees of FICCI-Western Region Council and a member of the Indian Merchants Chambers.

Mr. Kaiwan Kalyaniwalla

Mr. Kaiwan Kalyaniwalla, is a Solicitor and Advocate of the Bombay High Court and a Partner in the law firm of Maneksha & Sethna. He has been practicing law for over 25 years. He is enrolled as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and on the Board of various Public Trusts.

Mr. Sidhant Jatia

Mr. Sidhant Jatia, graduate in BBA International Business. He joined the business in 2006, to set up the trading office in Guangzhou, China. Initially having to start with Textile today Modern has expanded it’s business to products like Luggage and Building Materials. His daily responsibilities include overseeing functioning of the renewable energy business and trading business.

Mr. Mudit Jatia

Mr. Mudit Jatia has completed his education from University of Connecticut with BA in Economics, Entrepreneurship. He served as an Executive Officer of Modern India Ltd since July 16, 2008. He was appointed as Director –Verifacts since 2014 and the Executive Director of Modern India with effect from 17th June 2021.
